It’s always helpful to have a good resource that you can count on. I was just over on the Warrior Forum and man… with all the offerings and information, it’s like being a kid at his birthday party… you just don’t know where to start!

Kimberly Castleberry just-ask-kim.com

My friend, Kimberly Castleberry just happened to be including a discussion of the Warrior Forum in her post “Do You WF?” on her blog today… www.just-ask-kim.com . This gal always has the current edge on social media and technology in her writings.

If you’re wondering how to do something a little “techy”… and don’t want to dig through all the bullshit, fillers and offers that tend to be on some of the other blogs out there, check her out. Lots of useful information presented in an easy-to-understand format…and in a way that might often bring a smile to your face.

Kimberly tends to stick up for the “small guy”. If she senses something out there in the world of internet marketing, whether it’s tech-related, or some guru that’s a little “off-center”, I’ve found that Kimberly will often times call out the issue she feels is perhaps not represented as it should be and works to set the record straight.

Here, we have a marketer, who is also tech-savvy. So it’s not likely that somebody’s pitch is going to baffle her with bullshit. …and that makes it better for ALL of us! Why? Because she is passionate about Internet Marketing …and YOU – the small entrepreneur online trying to make it work.

I have personally found her blog to be a source of not only technical understanding made easy, but also she has pointed the way to some great savings on various products. One example is that through one of her promotional offers, I found the latest Camtasia Studio (Full Edition) for over 60% off regular price. (I paid $119 instead of $300).

It pays to read her blog and follow her advice. Like, as I started off with on this post about the Warriors Forum. Kim is spot-on-the-money when she says that the site is so vast it is a BIG time sink. It is a fantastic resource for just about everything internet-related.

However, the caution she suggests is that You should know what you’re looking for before you go on WF because once you do go on site, there is such a “feast” of information and offers. You could easily become overwhelmed and overstuffed with so many choices and inexpensive purchases that it would take a considerable effort to get through without the benefit of having a goal and an exit plan. Start with just-ask-kim.com and you’ll be good to go!

WWN… “What’s Working Now” (@Magnetic Sponsoring) brings out the Real Deal tonight – Ray Higdon. Who else can really say that they’ve got the “feel” for what people (especially marketers) need. Something to help them… and in turn help himself go from broke to $50K /month in under a year.

Is this the busiest guy in Online and Network marketing? He goes from being pissed-off at his state of existence and turning around his sagging fortunes in the real-estate industry and is now one of the darlings of the network marketing industry.

But it wasn’t without it’s challenges. After his self-admission of failing in a dozen enterprises, his determination to make abrupt changes in his life, as he says …’to leave “Loserville” or never to go back to “Suck-it Town”, ‘ has propelled him forward to “Star” status among network marketers. And with good reason.

There is a lot of hype in the online world. That’s simply a fact that can be disputed. It’s fraught with thinly-veiled promises of wealth for next to no effort. It has become easier to spot the bullshit after you’ve sampled a few offerings.

Then along comes Ray Higdon. Here is a guy that you want to cheer for… a genuine, likable guy who has the best interests of his list at heart. His demeanor is steady and even, his delivery pleasant and non-threatening. How he ties it all together is the key to his success. Simply put… he DELIVERS! Marketers are starved for reliable, good value, current - content. It’s not rocket science… it’s awareness.

Ray tells us that it’s making the connections… the attraction marketing. that is behind his success, and I think if you dig a little deeper, you’ll find his passion for this “game”. If you’re sinking in the vast sea of network marketing… among the 97% of online marketers who make NOTHING, You owe it to yourself to try to get the funds you need to start working with Ray… you’ll make your ROI. in very short order.

If You are in Network Marketing and You weren’t in Las Vegas this past weekend… then you probably missed out on the BEST venue for the Industry in quite some time. The program was put on by Ray & Ferny (Raymond Fong & Fernando Ceballos) of SEO Networker… and by all accounts, they hit one out of the park!

There was an amazing line-up of talent presented at this venue… probably the BIGGEST concentration of Network Marketing SUPERSTARS in one location… at one time… EVER! The list of presenters was AWESOME :

Ray Higdon - Mark Hoverson - Norbert Orlewicz and Brian Fanale from MLSP - Jay Kubassek - David Wood - Justin Christianson - Tim Erway - Susan Sly - Paula Pritchard -Diane Hochman - Todd Falcone – Aaron Rashkin - Andrew Cass - Joey Klein – Jackie Ulmer – Mike Dillard

Now, I DIDN’T get to attend in person! However, I do think that I had the very best seat in the house! Ray & Ferny had a simulcast set up… a “LIVE” broadcast of the EVENT that was pretty much flawless!

The sound was excellent and apart from the occasional freeze frame, things went off without a hitch. I live in a very small town 3 hrs north of Toronto, Canada and kept my fingers crossed that my DSL would hold out long enough for the broadcast.

It turns out that the DSL gods favoured me because it was perfect! While locally we had a power outage, I managed to take my laptop to a neighbouring area and watched it from a hilltop!

I have to say that I would be remiss if I didn’t give special accolades to TODD FALCONE who did double duty as MC…He was outstanding! You ROCK Todd!

I have never been to a Network Marketing event before and from the outset it didn’t look like I could make this one either. (I’m a care-giver for my step-dad.. and I have an immigration issue :>/ ) I was also going to be without internet access the day that this event was going to be opened up to purchase the “LIVE” broadcast tickets… so with a little pleading on my part, Ray & Ferny let me in early.

I only mentioned that out of GRATITUDE to those guys… Thank You Ray, Thank You Ferny… because I honestly feel that this event was a turning point for me. Not only in Network Marketing, but in relationships, self-confidence and “knowing” I am on the right track… just need to take the next step.

I found that when I was as isolated as I am, or thought I was, and without any previous experience, that I was soooooo far behind everyone else. But speaker, after speaker carried the same message…”You can do this….” . Their stories were different, but they all overcame HUGE obstacles to achieve success and reassured us all that they were not gifted with special talents we did not possess. However they did point out two or three qualities they felt you must possess…. FOCUS, DISCIPLINE, and your reason “WHY?”

This was without a doubt the BEST event I’ve ever attended. It was content-rich, value packed… with the best training resources and tools that you could ask for. YES.. I am a NETWORK MARKETER…. there are NO EXCUSES!!

The “gurus” and the GURU

Now, you’d probably be in good company if you were to ask yourself… “What the heck is that Boy talkin’ about?” And who would blame you? “The Message is the Same, Well Almost” doesn’t seem to make sense… and then you add “gurus” and “GURU” ? I’d be first to agree at the outset it does sound a tad baffling… but let me fill in a little bit more and you’ll see what I’m trying to convey.

The GURU is my spiritual teacher, whom I’ve referred to in this blog many times before… Dr. Baskaran Pillai. The small “g” gurus refers to any of a number of EXCEPTIONAL internet marketing entrepreneurs, but in this case I’m speaking specifically about my sponsor in GRN, Mark Hoverson, as well as the savvy

Jodie Thompson and the ubiquitous Mr. Jonathan Budd.

The Message

You might ask what the commonality of their messages could possibly be? While Mark, Jodie and Jonathan’s message is more about commerce, it is how they have introduced some essential tools in their teachings that are fundamental elements of their success… or for that matter, anyone’s success.

Dr. Pillai’s message for this “Quantum Mind” age is showing us how to utilize the wisdom handed down to us from the Sages of ancient India. In theVedas, the ancient texts of India, proclaim the truth, “Yad Bhavam Tad Bhavati” (Sanskrit; You become as you think).

I’ve listened to the messages from the small “g”s… and where the commonality is lies in the teaching that “we ALL” have this ability within us. That’s not what surprises me. It’s that recently this theme has been more pervasive in the internet marketing industry. These three in particular, I find are actually putting a considerable emphasis in their teaching of how to be a successful internet marketer by suggesting that “going within” will bring you the resources that will really make the difference.

Service to Others

Jonathan Budd has his “Life Transformation Now” series of programs. Jodie Thompson, as one of Budd’s affiliates on that program, has a monthly “live” support class. This, for me personally, is of more benefit because of the interaction amongst the attendees. There is also an added personal interest that you can really sense that this is not about money for her. You KNOW she cares! Jodie has a strong focus on “serving” her clients to bring the best out in each of them… something we, as students readily acknowledge.

I am particularly enamored with Mark Hoverson. THIS Guy is a “down-to-earth” SuperSTAR! Now here is a guy with a family… wife, kids, dog …who earns 7 figures annually. What’s impressive about that is, I believe it was about 24 months ago… He Qualified for FOOD STAMPS!! He’ll tell you that Himself!

“So… he’s got money, so what?”, you say. The thing of it is he’s helping everyone he meets to do the same… and still is humble surrounding it all.

The spiritual truth is a business maxim. Service to others, without thought of reward, will bring you more “gold” than you could imagine. Hook up with Jodie Thompson, Mark Hoverson or Jonathan Budd… and they will show you the “treasure map”.

The concept is to choose 10 blogs that you feel have mastered blogging and have great content, then nominate them to receive the award. The recepients then write a post about receiving the award and go on to pay it forward by nominating 10 more blogs that they feel deserve recognition for a great effort .

First I’d like to thank Toni King for nominating my blog… and suggest you have a look at the others who made her list!

It’s always means more to me when my work is appreciated by a peer… (so thanks Toni). I’d like to suggest that you mosey on over and have a look at what Toni has posted on her site… there’s always something interesting to read and ponder!

There are so many good blogs out there… The thing that I have enjoyed the most about the blogs are the people behind them. It really is a case of wysiwyg… authentic, real people who care. They care about their readers, but what comes through in their blogs is they also care about people they haven’t even met yet… they care about You, Me and our little blue planet.

I read so many varied and interesting blogs in the course of a normal week, it’s hard to name only 10 for recognition because most of them deserve it but I’ll endeavour to narrow it down… in no particular order because they are ALL so good!

Intelligent Marketing Solution

Marketing today is a buzzword. In today’s rapidly changing business styles, changing consumer preferences have lead to many innovative ways of attracting customers towards products & services on offer by the business making companies. Internet marketing is comparatively new concept in marketing & so far within very short time, no business can afford to think without internet marketing these days.

Internet marketing

Internet marketing is a fairly self-explanatory term used to describe the ways by which businesses utilize the World Wide Web in order to promote their companies and their products or services. Even companies are now using social media to judge the market trends by directly knowing the consumer choices within social groups. It is also sometimes referred to as web marketing, online marketing, or eMarketing. Despite the many terms in current use these are all one and the same thing. E-mail mail marketing companies, online advertisers, affiliate companies & many more form integral part of chain of internet marketing.

The Internet offers unique advantages to the email marketing companies. Perhaps its greatest value is that of offering global sharing of information and media at a low cost. Because of what it provides in terms of interaction, it means that the business of commercial communications is fast and therefore time-saving. Internet marketing blends creative factors with technical aspects; as a result websites with great artistic merit and functionality are born. Generally, email marketing companies market their services through an email promoting their product, services. It is a cheaper method of marketing for email marketing companies. They send e-mails to enhance relationship with consumers, find their trends through survey, or offering them benefits over services, making them aware about companies’ products & services.

Email Marketing Companies

There can be many examples given as a justification about what exactly email marketing companies do? Take example of CISCO, the worldwide leader in computer networking technology & consulting business, often sends email to clients about their products services. CISCO offers CISCO certification program for the aspiring candidates who want to join the league of networking professionals. CISCO certification is widely acclaimed among the industry & the candidates with CISCO certification are considered to be expert in the computer networking field. CISCO sends thousands of email updates making users aware about CISCO certification & its benefits.

Primarily internet marketing is used to Assist a company in promoting information, updates on its services, new ventures, offers to lure customers. It helps in carrying out investigations and gather data concerning the demographics of clients and future prospects.

Getting comments on your videos can be a great way to generate more traffic for a Youtube video. If there’s a discussion going on in the comments, people will be more likely to keep coming back to that video in order to participate in the conversation. If people keep visiting a video and commenting on it, that video is going to show up higher in Youtube search results. There are a few simple things you can do to encourage commenting on your videos.

You may already be doing this one, but be sure to put your Youtube videos on your own site. Each visitor you get that watches that video counts as a view for that video, and as a video gets more views it will begin to show up higher in search results. It’s also likely that some of your visitors will hop onto Youtube and leave a comment on your video.

If you do any email marketing, be sure to send out your videos to your subscribers. It’s always a good idea to give your subscribers high quality content whenever you can, rather than just selling to them all the time. By sending them your Youtube videos, you’re giving your subscribers something interesting, and generating views and comments for your Youtube videos at the same time.

It’s a good idea to promote your video on social networks. If you have a Facebook page, or a Twitter account, be sure to post your video to it. Your Facebook fans and Twitter followers will be likely to watch, and comment on your videos. If they’re a fan on one social media site, chances are they’ll become a fan on another.

It’s also a good idea to mention commenting in the video itself. At the end of the video, post a note that says something along the lines of “thanks for watching, don’t forget to leave a comment!” By reminding your viewers to comment, you’re sure to generate at least a few comments you wouldn’t have gotten anyway.

By spreading your video around, and reminding your users to comment, you can build a discussion around your video. Videos with active discussions in the comments often get more views than others, and high traffic videos show up higher in Youtube searches. Keep these tips in mind, and your videos will start getting comments, and traffic in no time.

There are a number of factors that determine where your site falls in search results, and getting all of those factors to line up can be challenging. There are some common mistakes that a lot of people make when starting out with SEO that you should avoid at all cost.

A lot of people fill their content with strong keywords, but neglect to do the same for the title to their article. Your title should reflect the content in the article, and contain as many keywords as possible that are directly related to the content.

Don’t use keywords in excess. Each of your articles should feel unique, and natural, while still managing to incorporate as many keywords as possible. If you try to cram as many keywords as possible into an article, search engines may actually lower your page’s search placement. Search engines consider this practice to be a sign that a site may be trying to spam search engines, and as a result, this practice can have a negative impact on your search placement.

A picture is worth a thousand words, but search engines can’t read pictures. If all of the text on your site is in image form, search engines can’t access it properly. Sure, you can generate some image search traffic by naming the images correctly, and using alt tags to describe them, but that’s just not the same as getting the full benefit of all of your text being indexed by the search engine.

Don’t stop updating your site. If you begin to slack off when it comes to maintenance, your search rank will begin to decline. Keep adding content as often as possible, and make sure to do periodic keyword research to see if there are any new terms you should be trying to capitalize on.

SEO can be tricky, but if you avoid some of the more common mistakes, you’ll be off to a good start. Keep your site up to date, and make sure your titles reflect your content and your keywords. Keep your site up to date, and stay on top of your keyword research, and you will be on your way to SEO success.

It can be hard to understand all of the ins and outs of getting your site to the top of search results. If you just can’t wrap your head around all of it, there’s at least one part you should be focusing on: keywords.

Keywords are words and phrases search engines look for on a website in order to help determine it’s position in search results for a particular search term. ?For example, if you run a website about cooking products, you might show up fairly high in the search results for the term “cast iron cookware”. In that example, the entire phrase “cast iron cookware” is a keyword related to your site.

The real trick is figuring out which keywords to try and capitalize on. There’s a fairly simple solution though – keyword tools. A keyword tool will analyze your site, and give you a report on which keywords you’re likely to rank highly for. Chances are you’ll get a lot of results out of the keyword tool. Your job is to fish through those results and pick keywords that are relevant to the subject matter of your site. It’s important to pick keywords that don’t have too many search results. If a term has too many search results, it will be very difficult to make your way to the top of the search results for that term. Try to pick terms that aren’t too saturated.

Once you pick a few keywords you want to capitalize on, it’s time to make some changes to your site. Try to use those terms whenever possible on your site, and you might even want to go back, and edit your existing content. Once you have done everything you can to make your site more keyword rich, it’s just a matter of time before you start showing up higher in search results.

If you can handle doing more work with SEO you definitely should, but some solid keyword research can be a big help. Keyword tools give you all the information you need to figure out what keywords you should be focusing on with your website, all you have to do is start using them effectively. Make sure your content is keyword rich, and try to use keywords in the titles of your pages or blog posts whenever possible, and you’ll see a significant increase in your traffic from search engines before you know it.

Youtube is the biggest video sharing site on the internet today, and it gets a tremendous amount of traffic every day. Having a presence on Youtube can help your business and it’s website greatly.

Just uploading some videos to Youtube is a great start to getting some traffic. If your videos are entertaining, or informative, people will find them, and watch them. Every time someone sees one of your videos, they’ll be esposed to your brand, and your products. If they enjoyed the video, they’ll remember your company, and they may even seek out your website on their own. Having videos on Youtube can generate some traffic for your site, but if you do the right things with those videos, you can generate even more.

Be sure to include your site’s URL at least once in each video you upload. Consider putting it at the beginning, the end, or both. It’s also a good idea to add the URL to the video’s description. That way, everyone that sees the video will know where to go to find out more about your company, and your products.Remember, they can’t find you if they don’t know where to look.

It’s also extremely important to encourage your viewers to subscribe to your Youtube channel. Be sure to mention it at the end of each video, and maybe even in the video’s description. Each person that subscribes to your Youtube channel will be notified when you upload new videos. Each one of your videos that your viewers watch is another reminder about your products and your company.

Youtube is extremely popular. Each of the tips above relies on one simple qualifier: your content has to be good. If you upload a boring, or uninformative video, it just won’t get a lot of views. As long as your viewers can find some value in the videos you’re uploading, you’ll be able to use Youtube as an effective marketing tool. Try to make your viewers laugh, or to really make them think. If your content is good, and you remember to link to your site in each video, you’ll see all the benefits Youtube has to offer in no time.
